Hi Reader, How do you evaluate a year? How do you measure the level you lived, the joy you experienced, the pain you made it through? How does one honor all the highs and lows - in your own life and in the world? It's so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, worrying about what comes next, and to forget about the dreams you had for yourself. Life will always find a way to pull you back in, so it's up to you to remind yourself of the life you want and continually work your way towards it. I'm a dreamer. I have big visions for what I want to create - the things I want to build, the books I want to write, the stages I want to speak on. Every year the dreams change shape and take on new meaning. New relationships and experiences help shape what I desire and what I believe is possible. And the truth is, if I didn't take time to regularly reflect on what I want and give myself space to experiment, I'd never build what I dream of. So if you're working towards changing your life in 2026, here's where I'd begin: 1. Reflect on WHAT IS Get really honest about what your life currently looks and feels like. What are you happy about? What do you wish were different? For years I wanted life to feel different, but I didn't know where to begin. I just wanted to feel better, happier, more fulfilled. I wanted friendships that felt uplifting instead of draining - but where should I start? Friendships? Fitness? Food? Work? When I stopped spiraling and got crystal clear about what was working and what wasn't, I could finally make informed decisions. (I created the Year End Reflection Guide to help you do exactly this) 2. Allow yourself to dream What would you really love your life to look and feel like? What secret dreams have you never fully allowed yourself to go for? So many people are afraid to dream because they don't believe they can have what they want. And as long as they don't believe it's possible, it won't be. Don't bet against yourself! Let yourself DREAM. Don't worry about how you'll make it happen or if it makes sense - just don't stop yourself from believing it's possible before you've even given it a chance. 3. Consider the support you need Is it a coach? Mentor? Therapist? Healer? Personal trainer? Get honest about what kind of commitment it will take. Don't create resolutions you'll break in weeks because you don't have a system or support network set up. Last year I invested in a LinkedIn mentor. I grew 120% since January 2025. Worth every penny of time, money, and energy. 4. Build habits & rituals What will help you show up powerfully each day to honor who you're becoming? When I first started morning journaling and lighting a candle at my altar, I felt silly. I rebelled against routine - I hated monotony. But that way of being kept me stuck in old patterns. Finally, reluctantly, I decided "What's the worst that could happen?" and went all in. My entire life changed. I felt calm, could clear my racing thoughts, and got crystal clear about where I needed help. 5. Commit to a 30-day experiment Give yourself the gift of believing in yourself enough to actually go for it. Pick ONE thing and do it every single day for 30 days. Find out what happens when you go all in. That's how I got consistent with LinkedIn posts, meditation, journaling, and writing. Knowing I didn't have to commit forever gave me freedom to try, fail, learn, grow, and choose differently next time. 6. Create a reflection ritual Give yourself regular check-ins - weekly, monthly, quarterly. Block it in your calendar now. Simple questions work:
I have my own reflection rituals for the end of the year, at each new moon, and at the start of each quarter. They all look slightly different, but each helps me see where I said I wanted to be and check if a) I still want that and b) if what I'm doing will actually get me there. The beginning of a new year isn't the only time to hit reset, but it's a powerful threshold. For those of us in the northern hemisphere, the days are getting shorter and colder - the perfect natural opportunity to slow down and check in. If you've got dreams you've been hoping to bring to life, give yourself the gift of the Year End Reflection Guide and find out who you want to become in the year ahead. Sending you so much love for a beautiful quiet season. And as always, if you need support - hit reply and let me know how I can help, or book a Discovery Call with me in 2026. With love,

Hi Reader, I want to share something vulnerable with you today. I started finding it hard to get out of bed. Each morning I'd wake up and want to pull the covers back over my head, to hide in my cocoon just a little longer. I felt lost. Every direction felt possible - and that was the problem. Too many possibilities. Drowning in overwhelm. No idea where to put a stake in the ground. I had finally reached the income level I'd only been dreaming of. The clients. The cashflow. The "success." And...
