I'd been searching for years. Then it was simple.

Hi Reader,

I sat down on a farm in the middle of nowhere Sweden and finally understood something I'd been chasing for years.

There was nothing more to learn. There was only the need to quiet my mind, go within — and everything came pouring forth with ease.

I almost couldn't believe how simple it was.

My journey as a psychic began long before I had a name for it. As a Reiki healer, I started noticing I could physically feel what was happening in my clients' bodies in my own. A headache. Lower back pain. A tightness in the chest. I wasn't imagining it — I was picking it up.

Over time, I learned there were names for what I was experiencing:

- Clairvoyance – the ability to see

- Claircognizance – the ability to know

- Clairsentience – the ability to feel

- Clairaudience – the ability to hear

- Clairgustance – the ability to taste

I'd always had these gifts. I just hadn't understood what they were.

So I went looking. In 2020, I did my first psychic training — 30 meditations over 7 days with my Reiki teacher Emma McKendrick. Mind blown. Then classes at The College of Psychic Studies in London. Psychic circles in Singapore. Years of Reiki, Shamanism, meditative journeying, EFT, and psychic mediumship — through books, teachers, retreats, and a lot of trial and error.

I was hungry for it. My primary intention for 2025 was to become a clear channel.

And then I sat down on that farm in Sweden — and realized I already was one.

I've just returned from my third retreat, where yet another layer opened up. And I recorded my latest podcast episode taking you through the whole journey — the searching, the training, the moment it all clicked, and what's become available on the other side.

If you've ever felt something you couldn't explain — in your body, in a room, about a person — this one's for you.

And hit reply and tell me: where are you on your own journey? Curious but skeptical? Deep in it? Just beginning to wonder?

I'd love to know.

Sending you love, always.

Amanda
