Hi Reader, At some point, someone probably told you to pick a lane. Be the strategist or the dreamer. Trust the data or trust your gut. Build your business by the numbers, or follow your soul and hope the money sorts itself out. Two camps. Choose one. Don't be greedy. I don't know about you, but I'm done with it. On one side, you've got the spreadsheets-and-funnels crowd, who'll tell you intuition is a nice hobby but real growth comes from best practices, conversion rates, and doing what works. On the other, the soul-led crowd, who'll tell you to stop being so attached to outcomes, raise your vibration, and trust that the abundance will follow. Both are holding a piece of the truth. And both, the moment they insist their way is the only way, are quietly asking you to ignore half of who you are. Here's what I believe with my whole heart: anyone who insists you have to choose between trusting yourself and "best practices" is selling you a formula — not the truth. You were never meant to separate who you are and what you believe from how you grow your business. You're the one who has to run it. You're the one who has to live inside the life it builds. Your strategy has to fit your soul, or it will quietly burn you out. And your soul needs real strategy, or it stays a beautiful idea that never reaches the people it was meant for. So let me say the thing you might need to hear today: You are not "too much." You were never too woo for the corporate world, or too business-minded for the healing circle. You blend strategy and soul. Mysticism and practicality. That isn't a contradiction to manage — it's your edge. And the most aligned, most sustainable version of your business is the one where both of those finally sit at the same table. That is the whole reason the Inner Authority Lab exists. It's a room built for founders who refuse the false choice — where who you are as an entrepreneur, spiritual being, and a person live side by side instead of in two separate worlds. Where you grow your business from deep alignment AND real business savvy, without leaving half of yourself at the door. We open the doors on June 9th. Only 12 places, on purpose — because this kind of work needs a room small enough to truly know everyone in it. If you've been quietly worn out from trying to be two different people in two different rooms — come be all of yourself in one. Hit reply and send me the word LAB, and I'll show you exactly what the room looks like. With love, Amanda P.S. If this stirred something and you want the fuller story of how I got here — why I walked away from a business that looked like success on paper but felt empty inside, and what finally taught me to trust myself over everyone else's script — I poured all of it into this week's episode of the podcast. It's a solo one, just me and you. Have a listen: How I Found My Inner Authority by Burning It All Down → |
