Hi Reader, 2 weeks ago I went back to school. Only it wasn’t the kind where you sit at a desk and listen to lectures. No, this school was different, indeed. I was enrolled in Psychic School. The kind where you learn how to connect to your own soul and tap into the souls of those all around you. Now I’ve done this kind of training before – having studied Psychic Mediumship at the College of Psychic Studies. I learned how to sit in meditation and tap into altered states of consciousness on purpose. I learned how to interpret information and symbols, sounds, and sometimes even smells that came through. It’s magic in its purest form. And it’s also available to each and every one of us – if only we’re willing to learn how to tap in. This Psychic School was different, however. It took place over the course of 5 days in the countryside in Sweden. I was immersed in deep conversation and incredible power and healing along with 12 other souls who all chose to follow their curiosity and walk that same path. We were expertly guided by Saskia Nefkens and Rachelle Jenkens of Not Your Average Psychic (you may remember them from Episode #17 of Don't Step on the Bluebells all about Healing with Psychic Abilities. I learned how to call my soul more closely to me, how to let go of my busy, overactive mind, how to reconnect to my body, to face my fears, and to trust not only my self, but the wisdom and knowing of others. There were fresh home-cooked meals, gorgeous walking trails, dance parties, cold plunges, and a sweat lodge. Each and every experience was like I had never experienced it before in my life. It all felt new. And magical. I left my time in Sweden a changed woman. The experiences I had in a group of incredible and beautiful souls was truly humbling. I remembered how power I am. How powerful we all are. Collectively. I know the next few weeks and months will be a time of integration as my life meets the moment and taps into the remarkable shifts that have already occurred in the quantum field. I am so excited for all that is unfolding – and all that has already shifted as a result. If you ever feel the nudge to tap into something more - something deeper and more powerful than you are. If you know that there is something more out there waiting for you, this is your sign to go for it. And if you'd like support on that journey of finding your way back home to yourself and your innate, spiritual gifts, hit reply and let's talk. Hope your weekend feels as much like spring awakening as mine does! With love, P.S. Hi Reader, Sometimes it takes coming back home to remember not only who we are, but how much we've grown. I'm writing this from my hotel room in NYC, just a block from where I worked my first job and seven blocks from my very first "adult" apartment. I'm an hour away from my childhood home, surrounded by the people, places, and memories that shaped me. And something magical is happening - I'm remembering who I am. The girl who protected slugs from her classmates. Who had a favorite tree in...
Hi Reader, I'm excited to share a wild new episode of Don't Step on the Bluebells with you. My conversation with coach and wilderness guide Caitlin Cockerton reveals how reconnecting with nature can profoundly heal not just our inner landscapes, but transform our approach to leadership, creativity, and personal growth. Caitlin's journey from growing up on a Canadian farm to corporate consulting and finally returning to her nature-based roots demonstrates how we often come full circle to...
Hi Reader, I've been thinking about you during these shifting times. We're in a time of great change - a period of uncertainty and transition that has left no stone unturned. There's so much upheaval in our lives - from governments that feel like they're crumbling, to old ways of being that are simply falling away before our very eyes. It can often feel like nothing is stable, there's nothing to hold onto anymore. Our view of who we are and what we're meant to do in this world feels upended....
