Hi Reader, My year is accelerating. Big time. For the last couple of weeks it's felt like January is just moments away. So to celebrate time speeding up, I've been slowing down. October was a busy month of travel, and I'm no good to anyone running on fumes. The last few days have been filled with space. Working slowly instead of under pressure. Plenty of rest between calls. And in that slower pace, I've been looking back. This time of year is a natural moment to check in on the goals you set in January. Maybe you didn't launch the business. Maybe the writing habit you promised yourself never quite took root. But I'm willing to bet that if you dig deep enough, you'll find a treasure trove of things you did accomplish without even realizing it. Some of them are less obvious from the outside. A belief you quietly shifted. That yoga routine you started back in May when no one was looking. (That one's for me.) So what's working in your life right now? And what would you like to change? We don't need a new year to ask those questions. But it's as good a time as any to take stock of the vision we have for ourselves, and whether we're moving toward it or away from it. When January 1st rolled around, I set myself one goal. I will write a book. That book had been nagging at me for years. It was always a distant goal, one that felt too big and too far out of reach to actually go for. Then I started working with not one, but two mentors who are published Hay House authors. And I felt the goal come closer and closer. I kept putting myself in rooms with people who were doing what I wanted to be doing. And finally, it felt possible for me too. Years of experience have taught me that setting too many goals at once means I accomplish zero of them. So the book became my primary driver. Everything else came second. I didn't know on January 1st how I would bring it to life. I couldn't have predicted the steps that would get me here. But I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it would happen. I'm not a published author yet (that takes time). But I'm proud that I honored my commitment to myself to write. That's really what this is all about. Letting our inspired ideas come to life, and trusting them enough to take action when and where it's needed. Now, you might be reading this on November 7th thinking, "But I don't really know what I want, Amanda!" That would be music to my ears. Because a) I don't believe you, and b) I have the perfect tool to help you hear what's hiding just beneath the surface. The thing you know in your heart but can't quite put into words yet. I truly believe there's a part of you that already knows. You've just buried that voice under so much noise you can no longer hear it. If you're ready to hear it, loud and clear, the Inner Authority Gameplan is £9. It walks you through a series of questions that reflect your deeper truth back to you. You'll finish knowing what you want, with one clear step to get there. And there's still time in 2026 to take it. You can get your Gameplan here. And if you already know what you want but are still slightly terrified of bringing it to life, hit reply and tell me what your heart is yearning for. I read every single email, and I promise to write back with words of encouragement. You've got this. And if you ever doubt yourself, know that I believe in you. I really do. With love, Amanda
